- 2 lb Bulk spinage or possibly 2 (10-oz) bags prewashed spinach, Prepared for cooking
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 x Crushed garlic clove (optional)
Direcciones
- Place spinach in a large pot, add in no water, cover, and steam 3-5 min over moderate heat till slightly wilted but still bright green. Drain, add in seasonings, and toss to mix. About 135 callories per serving.
