Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Tofu, well broken up
  • 1 c. Wholewheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 sm Onion, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Natural soy sauce (or possibly to taste)
  • 1 c. Wholewheat flour
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Basil

Direcciones

  1. Combine the ingredients well in a large bowl, kneading the mix a little to help it hold together. Shape the mix into balls and shallow- or possibly deep-fry them. Use these with spaghetti or possibly bake them in the oven with a nice Italian-style tomato sauce (see recipe in this conference). Bake at 350 for about half an hour.
