Italian Style Pork Burgers

Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs. of boneless pork loin
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of sun dried tomato
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp. of dried oregano
  • Olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Cube the meat. Place the meat in the food processor with the garlic and sun dried tomatoes and process until desired consistency.
  2. Place the meat in a bowl and add the grated Romano cheese, lemon zest and the seasonings. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and work the meat with your hands.
  3. Form the meat into the desired size pork burgers.
  4. Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the pork burgers in the pan and let them get golden on one side before flipping to finish the cooking process.
