Ingredientes

  • 8 ounces Ground Lean Turkey
  • Drizzling of Olive Oil for cooking
  • one teaspoon basil
  • one teaspoon oregano
  • one teaspoon parsley
  • one teaspoon prepared minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Panko or seasoned Italian bread crumbs
  • one Large egg beaten
  • 2 Tomatoes cut into wedges
  • one Red onion Sliced
  • 4 Slices Italian Bread
  • Any condiments you like

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl add ground turkey, all seasonings, bread crumbs, egg and with clean hands mix together, form two nice sized turkey burgers, add to a non stick skillet on medium heat, add drizzling of olive oil and cook until no longer pink (about 5-6 minutes each side).
  2. Toast 4 slices Italian Bread
  3. Add any condiments (mayo, mustard, warmed tomato sauce, any cheese you may like etc.)
  4. Cut Tomato wedges and slice red onion
  5. Plate and serve
