Receta Italian Turkey Burgers with Tomatoes & Red Onions for "Two"

Ingredientes
- 8 ounces Ground Lean Turkey
- Drizzling of Olive Oil for cooking
- one teaspoon basil
- one teaspoon oregano
- one teaspoon parsley
- one teaspoon prepared minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Panko or seasoned Italian bread crumbs
- one Large egg beaten
- 2 Tomatoes cut into wedges
- one Red onion Sliced
- 4 Slices Italian Bread
- Any condiments you like
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl add ground turkey, all seasonings, bread crumbs, egg and with clean hands mix together, form two nice sized turkey burgers, add to a non stick skillet on medium heat, add drizzling of olive oil and cook until no longer pink (about 5-6 minutes each side).
- Toast 4 slices Italian Bread
- Add any condiments (mayo, mustard, warmed tomato sauce, any cheese you may like etc.)
- Cut Tomato wedges and slice red onion
- Plate and serve
