Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients. Blend well.
  2. Use to marinate shrimp or possibly scallops for 1 hour, or possibly beef, chicken, or possibly pork in the refrigerator overnight.
