- 1/4 c. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients. Blend well.
- Use to marinate shrimp or possibly scallops for 1 hour, or possibly beef, chicken, or possibly pork in the refrigerator overnight.
