Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Chopped raw turkey thigh meat, no skin
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Rub # 1 see * Note
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onions
  • 6 x Hamburger rolls

Direcciones

  1. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine turkey meat with next 5 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and refrigeratein refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
  3. When ready to grill, form into large patties and grill for 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Make sure turkey mix is cool before grilling. Serve with your choice of condiments.
  4. This recipe yields 6 turkey burgers.
