Ingredientes
- 2 lb Chopped raw turkey thigh meat, no skin
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Rub # 1 see * Note
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onions
- 6 x Hamburger rolls
Direcciones
- Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.
- In a large mixing bowl combine turkey meat with next 5 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and refrigeratein refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
- When ready to grill, form into large patties and grill for 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Make sure turkey mix is cool before grilling. Serve with your choice of condiments.
- This recipe yields 6 turkey burgers.
