Receta Jade Sauce For Rice, Fish, Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Spinach leaves, firmly packed
- 1 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 c. Fresh cilantro leaves
- 12 lrg Fresh basil leaves
- 2 x Green onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chili sauce, Asian
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Place ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor container. Blend till pureed. Chill.
- Uses: Make "Jade Rice". Serve grilled meats and fish on a puddle of this sauce. Add in to pasta. Serve as a dip for crudites or possibly melon pcs.
