Ingredientes

  • 300 gm coconut grated
  • 450 ml water
  • 4 Tbsp. jaggery grated
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Grind the coconut with the water in a blender.
  2. Squeeze out the thick lowfat milk.
  3. Throw away the residue.
  4. Stir in the grated jaggery and mix well.
  5. Strain.
  6. Add in the cardamom pwdr and mix.
  7. Serve well chilled.
  8. This is an unusual drink which can be served in tiny amounts to finish off a meal.
  9. Serves 4
