- Grind the coconut with the water in a blender.
- Squeeze out the thick lowfat milk.
- Throw away the residue.
- Stir in the grated jaggery and mix well.
- Strain.
- Add in the cardamom pwdr and mix.
- Serve well chilled.
- This is an unusual drink which can be served in tiny amounts to finish off a meal.
