Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/4 lb (1 stick) butter
  • 1 1/3 c. grated fresh coconut
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking pwdr. Using pastry blender, work in butter.
  2. Add in coconut and mix well. In separate bowl, beat Large eggs, vanilla and cream and add in to flour mix. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 40 to 45 min.
