Receta Jamaican Coco Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/4 lb (1 stick) butter
- 1 1/3 c. grated fresh coconut
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. heavy cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking pwdr. Using pastry blender, work in butter.
- Add in coconut and mix well. In separate bowl, beat Large eggs, vanilla and cream and add in to flour mix. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 40 to 45 min.
