Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr Salt to taste
  • 1 x Scotch Bonnet chili, minced
  • 3 x Scallions, minced
  • 1 x Tomato, minced
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 lb Codfish
  • 1/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Soak codfish for at least 5 hrs, or possibly overnight, changing water several times, prior to cooking.
  2. Mix flour, garlic pwdr, baking pwdr and salt in a bowl. Add in chili, scallions, tomato and stir in beaten egg. Add in codfish and sufficient water to make the mix kneadable. Knead ingredients and shape into 2-inch patties. Fry patties in a bit of oil in a skillet for 2 to 3 min till golden.
