Ingredientes

  • Garlic Clove -- to taste, Chopped
  • 1 med Onion -- dice fine
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese -- grated
  • 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese -- grated
  • 1/2 lb Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans
  • 1 lb Mushroom Caps -- whole, Large

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry sausage till crumbly. Add in onion and garlic, and cook till soft.
  2. Drain sausage mix.
  3. Fold cheeses into mix, and stuff the mushroom caps.
  4. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 min. Broil for a few min to lightly brown top, if you like.
