Receta Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- Garlic Clove -- to taste, Chopped
- 1 med Onion -- dice fine
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese -- grated
- 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese -- grated
- 1/2 lb Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans
- 1 lb Mushroom Caps -- whole, Large
Direcciones
- Saute/fry sausage till crumbly. Add in onion and garlic, and cook till soft.
- Drain sausage mix.
- Fold cheeses into mix, and stuff the mushroom caps.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 min. Broil for a few min to lightly brown top, if you like.
