Receta Janis Dohmann’s (and now my) Pecan Pie
Ingredientes
- Because my pie pan is rather deep, I usually make 1.5 times this recipe (ie 3 eggs instead of 2, 1.5 cups of corn syrup, etc.)
- 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
- 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/4 Cups Broken Texas native pecans
