Japanese Chicken Wings

Ingredientes

  • 2 pound chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped or possibly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken wings into 3 pcs at joints. Set aside tips for later, use for making broth. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except wings. Add in wings and stir around to coat chicken well. Marinate for an hour (maybe overnight, if you like). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till chicken is brown and tender.
