Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Package raspberry JELL-O
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger, powdered
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1 1/2 c. Boiling eater
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Currants
  • 1/2 c. Minced dates
  • 1 c. Liquid removed, crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine JELL-O, salt and spices; dissolve in boiling water. Stir in raisins and currants. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Mix in remaing ingredients. Pour into a 5-c. mold and refrigeratetill hard. Unmold by briefly dipping mold or possibly bowl in hot water just up to the rim. Invert onto serving plate.
