  • 2 tsp Minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 4 x To 6 Scotch bonnet peppers
  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
