Ingredientes

  • 1 x Boneless chicken breast cut in half, (6 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Wet jerk marinade
  • 1 tsp Dry jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic
  • 2 x Wooden skewers, soaked

Direcciones

  1. Lb. out chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap till flattened.
  2. Remove plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in a non-reactive bowl with the wet marinade for 1 hour, refrigerated.
  3. Put the chicken halves on the skewers and season with the dry jerk seasoning and poultry magic. Grill or possibly broil 3 min on each side.
  4. Yield: 2 servings
