Receta Jerked Chicken Skewers

Ingredientes
- 1 x Boneless chicken breast cut in half, (6 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Wet jerk marinade
- 1 tsp Dry jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic
- 2 x Wooden skewers, soaked
Direcciones
- Lb. out chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap till flattened.
- Remove plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in a non-reactive bowl with the wet marinade for 1 hour, refrigerated.
- Put the chicken halves on the skewers and season with the dry jerk seasoning and poultry magic. Grill or possibly broil 3 min on each side.
- Yield: 2 servings
