Ingredientes

  • 2 med jicamas peeled, and thinly sliced
  • 2 x limes cut into palettes
  • 2 tsp medium-warm Mexican chile pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt or possibly to taste

Direcciones

  1. Fan the jicama chips in a pinwheel on a serving dish and garnish with the lime wedges. Mix the remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Serve the chips and the chile and salt mix with drinks like tequila and sangrita. Each person selects a chip or possibly two, sprinkles them with lime juice and then sprinkles the chile mix on the slices.
