Jicama n' Carrot Sticks~Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes

  • One jicama (cut into matchsticks)
  • 3 carrots (rinsed, peeled, cut into matchsticks)
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 5 ounce can crushed pineapples
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Blue Cheese (sometimes referred as Bleu Cheese), Optional

Direcciones

  1. Cut Jicama into matchsticks and place in a mixing bowl
  2. Peel, rinse, cut carrots into matchsticks and add into mixing bowl
  3. Add pineapple juice
  4. Add crushed pineapples
  5. Stir to Mix
  6. Add Blue Cheese crumbles, optional
  7. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving
