Ingredientes

  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard SLAW
  • 2 c. Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1 c. Shredded Carrot
  • 1 c. Julienned Jicama
  • 1/4 c. Sliced Green Onions
  • 1/4 c. Sliced Ripe Olives

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, cilantro, vinegar, cayenne, lowfat milk, and dry mustard; blend well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, jicama, green onions, and olives. Spoon dressing over slaw; mix well. Cover; chill for 1 to 2 hrs to blend flavors. For best results, serve within 4 hrs. Store in refrigerator.
