Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 x To 1/2 C shelled raw peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margerine (I use margerine)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heavily grease baking sheet or possibly jelly roll pan combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3 quart casserole Stir in peanuts. Microwave on high till light brown, 8 - 10 minuts.
  2. Sitr in remaining ingredients till light and foamy.
  3. Quickly spread on greased baking sheet. Spread as thinly as possible for more brittle candy.
  4. Yield: 1 pound
