Ingredientes

  • 4 med. tomatoes
  • 1 lg. onion
  • Healthy pinch of sugar
  • 4-6 green chili peppers
  • Lemon (opt.)
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro/Chinese parsley, stems removed
  • Salt, pepper, chili pwdr to taste

Direcciones

  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chili peppers in food processor till chunky; mix well. Add in sugar, salt, pepper and chili pwdr to taste. Mix well and allow to sit in refrigerator for at least an hour.Best with heated chips, in omelettes, over grilled chicken with warm tortillas. Or possibly marinate chicken in lime juice and pepper for an hour. Grill and serve with salsa and tortillas. Goes great with frzn margaritas.
