Ingredientes

  • 1/8 c. kahlua liqueur
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can nonfat evaporated lowfat milk - (5 ounce)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. miniature chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the semi-sweet chocolate chips, into the bread machine in the proper order for your machine. Use dough cycle.
  2. At end of dough cycle, remove dough, and place on lightly-floured board. Cover and let rest for 10 min to relax the gluten.
  3. Roll out dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with miniature chocolate chips, and roll up into a loaf. Place dough into greased loaf pan, cover and let rise for 45 min.
  4. Slash loaf with a razor or possibly a lame. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 min. Remove loaf onto a cake rack and let cold.
  5. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  6. Yield: 1 loaf
