Receta Kahlua And Cream Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/8 c. kahlua liqueur
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 can nonfat evaporated lowfat milk - (5 ounce)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 3 c. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients, except for the semi-sweet chocolate chips, into the bread machine in the proper order for your machine. Use dough cycle.
- At end of dough cycle, remove dough, and place on lightly-floured board. Cover and let rest for 10 min to relax the gluten.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with miniature chocolate chips, and roll up into a loaf. Place dough into greased loaf pan, cover and let rise for 45 min.
- Slash loaf with a razor or possibly a lame. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 min. Remove loaf onto a cake rack and let cold.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
