Ingredientes

  • Chocolate crumb crust
  • 2 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/3 c. Kahlua
  • 6 sqr semisweet chocolate
  • 4 lrg Large eggs, separated
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Unsalted macadamia or possibly cashew nuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Prepare crumb crust. Cold; refrigeratewhile preparing filling.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over cool water in top of double boiler, let stand 5 minutes.
  3. to soften. Set over simmering water to dissolve. Add in Kahlua and chocolate.
  4. Heat and stir till melted. Beat egg yolks till thick and light yellow.
  5. Beat in warm chocolate-Kahlua mix. Cold 15-20 minutes. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Beat in sugar gradually to create meringue. Fold into chocolate mix. Beat 1/2 c. cream stiff and mix in. Refrigeratemix till mounds on spoon Mix in minced nuts and heap into crust. Refrigerate4-5 hrs or possibly overnight. Shortly before serving, beat remaining 1/2 c. cream stiff. Pipe cream on top.
