Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Veal Cutlets, Sliced Thin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Curry Pwdr
  • 3 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 x Onions, Diced
  • 2 tsp Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 x Lemon, Juiced
  • 10 x Parsley Sprigs, Minced
  • 2 tsp Cognac Or possibly Brandy

Direcciones

  1. Season veal with salt, pepper and 1/2 t curry pwdr.
  2. Heat oil; brown veal slices on both sides. Remove meat and reserve. Add in onions; saute/fry till softened.
  3. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and tomato paste. Cook till bubbly. Add in lemon juice, rest of curry pwdr, and minced parsley sprigs. Return veal slices to the sauce. Add in the cognac or possibly brandy; heat through. Serve on preheated platter.
