Receta Kale And Seasoned Hash Browns

- Heat oil over medium-high heat (375 degrees F) in large fry pan.
- 2.Add in onion and saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft.
- Add in frzn hash browns, cover and cook 15 to 20 min, turning every 2 min.
- Sprinkle potatoes with all season salt.
- Add in 1/4 c. water and minced kale on top of potatoes don't stir.
- Cover and let cook over medium heat 3 to 5 min, till kale begins to wilt.
- Remove from heat and stir kale into potatoes.
- Serve warm.
