  • 1 cup – Gram flour / chickpea flour / besan / kadalai maavu
  • 2 tbsp – Rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp – Red chilli powder (or add as needed)
  • 2 tsp – Oil / ghee
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste For seasoning:
  • 1/4 cup – Raw peanuts with skin
  • 1/4 cup – Fresh curry leaves
  • 1/8 tsp – Red chilli powder
