Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lb grnd chuck or possibly turkey
  • 1 lrg onion, chop
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, mince
  • 32 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 lrg can tomato paste
  • 1 c. dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat, onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Drain and add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1-1/2 hrs.
