Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Chili pwdr
  • 4 tsp Dry onions, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Dry onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp Red pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 2 lb Venison, grnd
  • 8 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 28 ounce Italian tomatoes, canned, cut-up
  • 30 ounce Kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 2 x Jalapeno, optional, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Masa corn flour

Direcciones

  1. In dutch oven, brown venison (if using grnd beef, drain fat afterwards).
  2. Add in tomato sauce, cut-up tomatoes and juice, liquid removed kidney beans, and jalapenos, if you like.
  3. Add in seasonings, and stir well. Bring to boil, then simmer for 40 min.
  4. (Measure seasoning for next batch and store.)
  5. Mix masa flour with 1/4 c. water. Stir into chili.
  6. Simmer additional 15-20 min.
  7. This is milder than Two-Alarm Chili, but still spicy for tame tongues.
