Receta Kathy's Venison Chili

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Chili pwdr
- 4 tsp Dry onions, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Dry onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Red pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic salt
- 2 lb Venison, grnd
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 28 ounce Italian tomatoes, canned, cut-up
- 30 ounce Kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 x Jalapeno, optional, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Masa corn flour
Direcciones
- 1. In dutch oven, brown venison (if using grnd beef, drain fat afterwards).
- 2. Add in tomato sauce, cut-up tomatoes and juice, liquid removed kidney beans, and jalapenos, if you like.
- 3. Add in seasonings, and stir well. Bring to boil, then simmer for 40 min.
- 4. (Measure seasoning for next batch and store.)
- 5. Mix masa flour with 1/4 c. water. Stir into chili.
- 6. Simmer additional 15-20 min.
- This is milder than Two-Alarm Chili, but still spicy for tame tongues.
