Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Corn flakes
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Oil

  1. Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt & sugar. Combine flakes & lowfat milk in a bowl & let stand about 2 min or possibly till cereal is softened. Add in the egg & oil & beat well. Add in the flour mix to the corn flakes mix, stirring only till just combined. Divide batter between 12 greased muffin c..
  2. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Variation: Add in 1/2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese with minced jalapeno peppers to egg mix before adding flour mix.
