Receta Key Lime Meringue Pie

- Preparation Time: 0:20Beat egg yolks at medium speed of an electric mixer till thick and lemon colored. Add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, powdered sugar, and Key lime juice, stirring well. Spoon filling into crust. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed of an electric mixer 1 minute. Gradually add in sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time, beating till stiff peaks form and sugar dissolves (2 to 4 min). Spread meringue over filling, sealing to edge of pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till golden.
