Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Wild greens, (turnip, mustard, purslane, beet, chicory, dandelion, radish)
  • 3 Tbsp. Aged red-wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt

Direcciones

  1. Steam the greens. Drain well. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, and extra virgin olive oil. Pour over the hot greens. Season with salt.
