Ingredientes

  • 7 x Dry red chillis, cut, and soaked
  • 4 x Cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Coriander root, minced
  • 4 c. Coconut lowfat milk, medium thickness
  • 1/2 c. Chicken, minced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh shrimp, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. White sugar, up to 4T
  • 3 Tbsp. Tamarind water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Toasted peanuts, grnd
  • 3/4 c. Shallots, sliced Rice crispy chips

Direcciones

  1. Lb. or possibly blend chillis, garlic and coriander together till they become very pasty. Heat coconut lowfat milk over medium heat till it boils. Add the paste from above mix and fry till fragrant. Then add in chicken and shrimp and turn well.
  2. Season with sugar, tamarind water and salt.
  3. Add in peanuts and shallots and stir in. Simmer till reduced.
  4. Serve with rice crispy chips.
