Kicked Up Corn Maque Choux

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 c. corn - (abt 6 ears)
  • 1 c. minced yellow onions
  • 1/2 c. minced red or possibly green bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno
  • 2 tsp Emeril"s Original Essence see * Note
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet or possibly saute/fry pan over medium-high heat. Add in the corn, onions, bell peppers, jalapeno, Essence, and salt, and cook, stirring, till soft, for 10 min. Add in the cream and cook for 2 min.
  2. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
