  1. Dice beef in small cubes. In large stock pot, sautee beef and onions till beef is half cooked. Stir in potatoes, spices, and liquid removed garbanzo beans.
  2. Add in boullion, and cook for a few min. Add in dry rice and 8 c. water.
  3. Stir well. Allow to come to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Cook till rice is tender. (30-45 min).
