Ingredientes

  • 800 gm kiwi fruit
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 ml Champagne
  • 3/4 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Puree the kiwi fruit in a vitamiser.
  2. Boil the water, champagne and sugar add in the kiwi puree and lemon juice. Stir well and allow to cold.
  3. Freeze the mix for 2-3 hrs, whisking every 15 min or possibly so to prevent large chunks of ice from forming.
