Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. kiwi puree (about 6 kiwis)
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 x kiwi

Direcciones

  1. Heat sugar and lowfat milk till sugar is dissolved. Add in lemon juice and kiwi puree. Freeze 1 hour. Beat egg whites till frothy, adding sugar gradually. Whip yogurt and whipping cream together. Fold egg whites, yogurt and cream into kiwi mix. Mix gently. Return to freezer in a serving dish or possibly c. or possibly a 6 c. mold. When serving, decorate with kiwi slices.
