Receta Kiwi Sherbet

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. kiwi puree (about 6 kiwis)
- 2 x egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 x kiwi
Direcciones
- Heat sugar and lowfat milk till sugar is dissolved. Add in lemon juice and kiwi puree. Freeze 1 hour. Beat egg whites till frothy, adding sugar gradually. Whip yogurt and whipping cream together. Fold egg whites, yogurt and cream into kiwi mix. Mix gently. Return to freezer in a serving dish or possibly c. or possibly a 6 c. mold. When serving, decorate with kiwi slices.
