Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Knockwurst, thickly sliced
  • 2 sm onions, minced
  • 1 lb Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in glass or possibly ceramic casserole dish in the micro oven on the highest setting. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 min. Add in the cabbage; salt and pepper and mix well. Lay the knockwurst slices on top of the cabbage. Cover and cook for 12 min.
