Ingredientes

1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
16 ounce lowfat sour cream

1 pkg. frzn spinach, thawed, liquid removed
1 can water chestnuts, minced coarsely

Direcciones

Mix soup with lowfat sour cream. Add in spinach and water chestnuts. Refrigerate over night. Serve with minced vegetables for a tasty dip.
