Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple, drain and save the juice
  • 1 c. American cheese, cut up
  • 1 c. Or possibly more marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 x Egg yolk Salt
  • 1/2 c. Pineapple juice

Direcciones

  1. Put liquid removed pineapple into a salad bowl. Add in cheese and marshmallows. Toss lightly. Make a dressing with the juice, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and salt.
  2. If dressing is too thick, add in water. Pour over pineapple mix and stir gently. Refrigeratebefore serving.
