Ingredients: 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple, drain and save the juice; 1 c. American cheese, cut up; 1 c. Or possibly more marshmallows; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 Tbsp. Flour; 1 x Egg yolk Salt; 1/2 c. Pineapple juice

Ingredientes

1 lrg Can crushed pineapple, drain and save the juice
1 c. American cheese, cut up
1 c. Or possibly more marshmallows
1/2 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 x Egg yolk Salt
1/2 c. Pineapple juice

Direcciones

Put liquid removed pineapple into a salad bowl. Add in cheese and marshmallows. Toss lightly. Make a dressing with the juice, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and salt.
If dressing is too thick, add in water. Pour over pineapple mix and stir gently. Refrigeratebefore serving.
